Graduation Hiatus - Estimated Return Early- to Mid-June

I have an obsession with making new blog posts. I'm fairly sure no one's actually reading them, but obsessions need no reason!

The title bar or whatever will change soon enough to reflect this since it is apparent that I'm definitely NOT updating anytime soon and thus the title I have up there at the time of posting would be an outright lie. But to reiterate what I essentially said in my last post, I need to focus on school so I can graduate in May. Hopefully in this time I will also start applying for jobs. Graduating in a recession is...not really the best place to find yourself. <:/ My classmates are all already job hunting, which is difficult for me to do since I'm taking six writing and reading intensive courses. They say your last year--or semester, at least--should be your easiest. Not the case for me, I'm afraid. If it was, you can bet I'd be updating!

After I graduate on May 16th, however, the hiatus will continue for some time more. Although I won't have homework or school to worry about, updating page to page has proved severely unsuccessful for me. Thus, I'm going to build myself a buffer and not just an inked buffer. I mean a fully colored, fully complete, 12 page buffer. In my last update I said 10 weeks and it took me until now to realize that, holy crap, I said weeks! Hah, two and a half months of buffer pages would be nice, but that's totally not what I was going for. xD I meant 10 pages of buffer. But, seeing as that's only a month (a typical buffer, I hear tell), I figured I'd bump it up...to...damnit! I suck at math!!! *sigh* See, this is exactly why it took me so long to realize my mistake in my last post. ANYway, instead of *ahem* five weeks of buffer, I decided to bump it up to six weeks. That's a month and a half...right? *checks calendar* Right! So I'll be taking some time to finish that up and, in that time, I'll also finally finish coloring the rest of the uncolored chapter two pages as well as fix page 16. I think I managed to scan, like, one of the two panels needed. I've avoided inking the incredulously detailed one. Perhaps a project for this weekend alongside those three or four essays I'm going to be writing.

Er, on the other hand, maybe not. ^^;

My estimated return date for updates is the ever vague early to mid-June. Hopefully early June. The other Godspawn need to be in the damn comic already! D<
