I never realized how much time adding in the speech bubbles and dialogue ate up before doing this page. Makes me all the more glad I didn't go with a fifth panel like I originally planned. I find doing things this way, with fewer words spoken between the two, to be better.

And yes, I realize that Vice isn't fully revealed on this page, but it still counts as his first appearance. I wouldn't have put that hood on him if it hadn't made sense, trust me. But seriously, look at him! He's spying on people. One cannot spy effectively if everyone's staring at you due to the fact that you have horns and a tail. ('tis not shown, but his tail would also be missing if any of the panels went below his waist; not that it matters, but he has it wrapped around his waist and tucked under his sweatshirt; needless to say, Vice currently wants people to assume he's human--and apparently a drug dealer xD)
